About Andrew

I am married with three beautiful daughters.  I am an avid pursuer of education and study a variety of topics each year.  I intend to complete a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in accounting during 2010. I am on track to complete the DBA degree by December 2010.
I have been in private practice since March 2004. My adventure in private practice began with a trip out of town in February 2004. During this trip, I spent the entire time driving between destinations literally going from call to call with people asking me to help them with their tax return issues. I helped them settle their issues and then began to question why they were calling me. I was surprised to learn that someone else had told them to call me and had provided them with my unlisted cell and home phone numbers. In March 2004, I was approached to do more tax related work. I didn't want to be paid for the work but when the returns were finished, the taxpayers paid me anyway. This became the catalyst that launched me into this field and serving clients worldwide.
In additon to my practice and my pursuit of a DBA degree, I am a member of the accounting faculty at a nationally recognized business school of a nationally ranked college. I also guest lecture for various continuing education seminars and other university courses.
