I have just enough room to take on 8 new bookkeeping + income tax return preparation clients for the entire year. I can also take on 7 new income tax return clients during the tax season. Once those spots are gone, no more new tax or bookkeeping+ tax clients will taken on for the rest of the year. I do reserve space for each current client and occasionally have space for my former clients.
